The City of Eagle Pass and Maverick County announced on December 6, 2022, the construction of a $7.25 million Wyndham Hotels & Resorts dual-branded La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites Hotel.

The City of Eagle Pass and Maverick County announced on October 27, 2022, the construction of a $9.6 million Hyatt Place to be located adjacent to the City of Eagle Pass Patsy Winn Sports Complex. 

On August 11, 2022, the City of Eagle Pass and Maverick County announced the construction of a $13 million Hilton Home2 Suites Hotel to be located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 277 and Bob Rogers Drive across from the City of Eagle Pass International Center for Trade and near the city’s Patsy Winn Sports Complex.
